Week Twenty-Three: The Power of Influence

Do not be deceived: “Evil company corrupts good habits.” — 1 Corinthians 15:33

God gives this warning because He understands how influence works. The people we spend time with shape our thinking, our values, and eventually our behavior. You will be like the people you hang out with, the books you read, and the online world you choose.

Corruption is rarely immediate, but gradual. Small compromises become larger ones over time. That is why Scripture calls us to be discerning about our closest relationships.

Surround yourself with those who strengthen your faith and encourage your walk with Christ. Influence works both ways—choose wisely.
